At Abbeyhill we believe that we are sent by God, both locally and across the globe. There’s some particular organisations and charities that we have longstanding connections with.
We may support other organisations through a one-off donations or an event.
Safe Families and Home for Good. We are passionate about family being a mix of blended families, adoptive families and foster families. We have supported the work of Safe Families and Home for Good for many years and are one of their church champions.
“No one should feel alone. We exist to create relationship and connection because everyone deserves to belong. We offer hope, belonging and support to children, families and care leavers; we do this primarily, but not exclusively, with and through local churches.”
Oversees Missionary Fellowship. We have supported the work of OMF for many years.
OMF is a global fellowship of Christians with a heart for East Asia's people. “We are passionate to demonstrate and proclaim the good news to East Asia’s billions, many of whom have never seen or heard it.”
Africa Inland Mission International. We’ve supported AIM’s work for a long time.
Their passion is “to see the worship of Jesus Christ spread among Africans around the globe – through individual lives fully committed to him, and collectively through Christ-centred churches.”
